A new lease on life for my arthritic knees
I'm 68 and have struggled with osteoarthritis in both knees for years. Simple activities like walking or climbing stairs became painful. This EMS knee sleeve has been a revelation. The 20% silver fiber is soft and comfortable, and the EMS pulses are incredible. I use mode 3 (kneading) on a medium intensity (level 12) for 20 minutes each evening. The pain and stiffness melt away, and I can move much more freely the next day. The fact that the pack comes with two sleeves means I can treat both knees at once. It's not a cure, but it's the best non-drug relief I've found.
