Helps with arthritis stiffness in my hands
I have arthritis in my hands, which makes them stiff and achy, especially in the morning. This device is large enough to rest my hands on comfortably. I use the lower temperature setting (around 45°C) for about 15 minutes. The far infrared warmth penetrates deep into the joints. It doesn't cure the arthritis, of course, but it significantly loosens up the stiffness and eases the pain, allowing me to start my day with much better mobility. The instructions about drinking water before and after are spot-on—you do sweat out toxins!
