The 10,000 lux makes a difference
I tried a cheaper, smaller lamp before, but it didn't seem to do much. This one delivers the full 10,000 lux, and I can feel the difference. I position it about 10-12 inches away for 20 minutes each morning. It's helped my focus and energy levels enormously. The 10 white noise tracks are high-quality—the "fan" sound is very realistic. The timer is accurate. A top-notch product.
