Combats winter weight on my mood
I don't have full-blown SAD, but I definitely get the "winter blues." This lamp has made a noticeable difference. I feel less lethargic and my mood is more stable. I love that there are 10 white noise sounds—I use the "white noise" track to help me focus. The adjustable color temperature means I can use it in the evening too without it being too stimulating. It's small but mighty.
