White noise feature is a pleasant surprise
I bought this primarily for the light therapy to help with low energy, but the built-in white noise has become a feature I use every night. There are 10 different sounds—ocean, rain, fan, etc.—and they're all soothing and high quality. I set the 30-minute timer and drift off easily. The light itself is excellent. I use it at a warmer color temperature in the evenings to wind down. A wonderfully multifunctional device.
