I've been using the Freyara light therapy lamp for over 4 months.
I started using it for my right rib pain (costochondritis). The pain started in September 2024 when I stood up and twisted the right side of my body incorrectly. The pain worsens when I reach up with my right arm, during certain exercises, long car rides, etc., so it doesn't have enough time to fully heal. Walking, a pain balm, and my BioMat only temporarily relieve my pain. With regular use of the Freyara lamp, I can be pain-free for days, or the pain has reduced by at least 75%. I used it in combination with my daily supplements when my test came back positive.
