Works but the steam is useless
It straightens out my hair as it should.But I don't see the relevance of the steam. Other straighteners without the steam works just as well as this.

high quality
I do wish there had been more instructions, but i figured it out. This is a great straightener, you do need to fill it with water quite often, but it does a wonderful job and doesn't damage my thin hair.

Okay for the price
Overall, it’s okay for the price. You must add water to get your hair straight if you have super curly hair, which I do. There’s an option of not using the steamer, but it doesn’t straighten your hair like that. Also, it leaves your hair with an iron smell. Use the steamer for super curly hair

Listen this steamer saved me from the creamy Crack! And it lasts several days of being straightened. Since going natural 11 years ago I have never had the results with a flat iron that I've had with this. 4C approved!!!

where has this been my whole life?
I been on a hunt for a good straightener for a while now. I've had a decent one (I thought) till I met this straighter.I received it and tried it and realized my hair never looked this good! This straighter definitely lives up to the quality. The steam is perfect for giving your hair shine and being frizz free. My hair is natural curly and just extremely hard to style but this tool took me less than 5 minutes to straighten that section of my hair. I wish I had found this product before I brought my last straighter because I'm officially hooked on this product! One of the best tool for your hair!!!

Prefer to Steampod for FINE hair
So I own both this one and the L’Oreal Steampod 3.The reason why I ordered this in addition to the way more expensive steampod, is that 350°F is the lowest setting on the steampod. My hair is very fine and damaged so if I can do a lower setting like 300° instead of 350° I much prefer that. This Styler is also slimmer and easier to do curls with.
